About the Hosts
Shar Bates is a nationally recognized nonprofit strategist and master host with over a decade of experience helping mission-driven leaders build compliant, fundable organizations through education and strategy. She has also secured federal grant funding and contracts with government entities, for her own nonprofit.
Dannon Lindley is the founder of Cavalo Enterprises and a federal contracting expert with firsthand experience inside federal systems as a former Federal Employee, and has had great success helping entrepreneurs understand procurement, compliance, and long-term contracting strategy and securing government contracts for small business owners.
